This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how the Plemons Eakle Neighborhood Association, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization ("the Association," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information you share with us through our website, sign-up forms, text messaging (SMS) program, email newsletters, and related community communications (collectively, the "Services").
This Policy does not apply to information collected by third-party websites or services we may link to.
By providing your information to us — including by submitting our sign-up form — you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit your information.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Program
If you opt in to receive text messages from the Plemons Eakle Neighborhood Association by submitting our sign-up form, the following applies:
- **Purpose:** Text messages are used only to send neighborhood updates, event reminders, alerts, and confirmations related to Association communications.
- **Message Frequency:** Message frequency varies; you can expect approximately 2–6 messages per month.
- **Cost:** Message and data rates may apply.
- **Opt-Out:** Reply **STOP** at any time to unsubscribe from text messages. You will receive one final confirmation message.
- **Help:** Reply **HELP** for assistance, or contact us at plemonseakle@gmail.com.
- **No Third-Party Sharing:** Your mobile phone number and SMS consent/opt-in data will **never** be sold, shared, rented, or disclosed to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes, under any circumstances.
- **Service Providers:** We use Twilio, Inc. solely as our messaging delivery vendor to send text messages on our behalf. Twilio processes your phone number only to deliver messages and is contractually prohibited from using it for its own marketing purposes or sharing it with any third party for marketing purposes.
- **Consent Is Independent:** Opting in to SMS messages is not a condition of receiving any other Association service or communication (such as email newsletters). You may opt in to email, SMS, both, or neither.
- **Categories Excluded from Any Data Sharing:** All references elsewhere in this Policy (if any) to data being shared with service providers for operational purposes (such as email delivery) do **not** apply to mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, or opt-in data. That information is never shared outside of Twilio's role as our delivery vendor.

6. How We Share Information
We may share your information only in these limited circumstances:
- **Service Providers:** With vendors who help us operate our communications (e.g., Twilio for SMS delivery, an email service provider for newsletters), solely to perform those services on our behalf, and never for their own marketing use.
- **Legal Requirements:** If required by law, court order, or legal process.
- **With Your Consent:** If you direct us to share information for a specific purpose.
We do not sell personal information, and — as noted above — we never share mobile numbers or SMS consent data for marketing purposes.
